Room Service Attendant

Job Summary:

To promptly provide food and beverage service to guests in condominium units; to provide accurate, up to date information about our restaurants and the resort; responsible for taking room service orders over the phone and placing them in the computer.

Job Summary:

The Guest Services Agent I is focused on providing efficient service and creating memorable experiences by making emotional connections with all of our guests. In this position, you will have a direct impact on the overall experience of our hotel guests and be responsible for ensuring 100% satisfaction from the moment guests arrive at the hotel until they check out. The GSA I will be responsible for welcoming our guests and accurately verifying all information during the check-in process and following up during check-out. In this role, accuracy and accountability of payment verification, process of deposits, check cashing and exchange of currency is essential. Responsibilities will also include assisting guests with safety deposit boxes and posting miscellaneous charges. The GSA I must possess a passion for guest services, values problem resolution and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

Concierge

Job Summary:

The Concierge is an expert in handling a variety of critical guest needs. Whenever possible, the Concierge is expected to strive to make the impossible achievable for our guests by relying on contacts with local merchants and service providers. You must demonstrate your knowledge of the attractions, nightlife and special services of the surrounding area in order to enhance the stay of our guests. In particular, you are to warmly greet and assist guests with various tasks. You will answer questions or make arrangements on items such as transportation, restaurant reservations, interesting places to visit or health and beauty services, cultural events, religious worship, childcare, shopping, florists and any other needs. You will also give directions to meetings and events within the hotel as well as explain hotel facilities. Finally, you are expected to assists guests with receipt of facsimiles, mail, messages and packages and help them process such communications and shipments.
