Responsibilities:
  • JOB SUMMARY: Perform all front desk duties while ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with Preferred, Four Diamond Resort standards.
  • Check in and check out of groups and individuals.
  • Anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
  • Ensure accuracy of individual or group folio.
  • Responsible for cash. Perform cashier functions upon check-out of Resort Guest or Group.
  • Run and reconcile various daily hotel reports.
  • Record and follow up on maintenance and service problems.
  • Answer switchboard, route calls and record messages as necessary.
  • Assist with reservations.
  • Participate in service recovery opportunities and effectively resolve guest issues.

Requirements:
  • Hotel or similar customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to maintain phenomenal guest service skills while handling multiple tasks and/or multiple guests.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Computer experience required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Position requires availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Candidates must have professional presentation and excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language is required.
  • Candidates must have proven job stability through strong work history.
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs. Ability to stand and/or walk for an extended period of time. Ability to stoop, kneel reach or perform repetitive foot and hand action. Ability to bend at waist. UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS: Employee will be provided with a Kingsmill Uniform. Attire should be clean and pressed when reporting to work. All employees must abide by Kingsmill’s Grooming Guidelines.

Employment: Full Time
Pay: $9.00/hour
