Responsibilities:
-
JOB SUMMARY: Assisting both group and social guests in obtaining proper accommodations.
-
Determine the needs of social guests, sell Kingsmill and its benefits/amenities, sell and confirm resort accommodations and secure tee times.
-
Process group reservations via forms and individual call-ins.
-
Brochure fulfillment for individuals requesting information on Kingsmill Resort.
-
Various other duties including travel agency requests, filing, deposits, reports, and gift certificates.

Requirements:
-
High School Diploma.
-
Computer keyboard skills.
-
Property/area knowledge.
-
Must possess good communication and customer service skills.
-
Excellent selling and listening skills a must.
-
Excellent phone skills.
-
Must be at least 16 years old.
-
Position REQUIRES the ability to work days/nights, weekends/holidays, etc.
-
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift, push, pull, carry a minimum of 20 lbs.; Ability to sit and wear a head-set for an extended period of time; Ability to perform repetitive foot and hand action; Ability to stand, walk, stoop, crouch and reach.

UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS: Employee will need to provide business casual attire; Attire should be clean and pressed when reporting to work; All employees must abide by Kingsmills Grooming Guidelines.
