How the Callaway Golf Custom Fitting Solution Helps You Get Fit.
The heart of the proprietary CGCFS system consists of a sophisticated launch monitor, a high-speed computer and a comprehensive selection of Callaway Golf products. All of Kingsmill's PGA professionals are qualified to operate the CGCFS, and their experience completes this state-of-the-art clubfitting system.
Before you begin hitting golf balls, the pro conducting your fitting will enter personal data such as your age, body type, hand size, wrist to floor measurement and enter your profile into the computer. Based on this personalized information your club fitting will begin with the recommendation made by the CGCFS, unique to each individual.
As you hit balls, the launch monitor will measure your clubhead speed, ball speed after impact and estimated ball flight distance. The pro will observe your ball flight characteristics such as launch angle, lift, initial direction and curvature. The data obtained by the computer and our pro's observations will help the CGCFS recommend clubs with specifications that will help you reach your goals of distance and desired ball flight.

What the Callaway Golf Custom Fitting Solution Recommends.
After your personal clubfitting session, the can provide you with information about the following options:
- Type of driver/fairway metal head material: titanium (Hawk Eye VFT), carbon composite (Big Bertha C4) or steel (Steelhead) to help you maximize your distance
- Type of iron head material: titanium (Hawk Eye VFT irons) or steel (Big Bertha and X-14) to help you maximize your control
- Type of shaft material (graphite or steel) and shaft flex to give you the best feel
- Specifications for loft and lie for your optimum ball flight

Golfers of all skill levels, from beginners to low-handicap players can learn more about their swings and the clubs best suited to them during a CGCFS session.
- Clubfitting sessions are available to the public, resort guests and Kingsmill Golf Club members
- Clubfitting sessions are 45 or 90minutes long and are conducted on the practice range.
