This coaching session is designed for the golfers who have an interest in improving their ball striking through an intense focus on your individual movement patterns. During your session, our certified K-Vest golf professional will assess you on balance, stability, flexibility, mobility, and coordination of movement as they relate to your individual kinematic sequence. Specific drills and strategies will be implemented into your motion to improve your capitalize on your strengths and improve on your weaknessess.
Incorporating a K-Vest Training Session into your program allows you to utilize state of the art kinesthetic training to improve your Kinematic sequence. The K-Vest is a 3-D wireless motion analysis system which captures the player’s motion, generates specific statistics regarding the player’s motion, and the instructor works with the player in training using real-time biofeedback to improve the swing.
