DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS FROM

Washington DC/Northern Virginia
Take Interstate 95 South to 64 East - Williamsburg/Norfolk exit. Stay on 64 East for approximately 45 minutes until you take exit 242-A - Busch Gardens/Route 199 West. After you exit go approximately .8 mile, turn right at Busch Gardens/Route 60 East. After exiting onto Route 60 East continue straight. At the fourth stop light turn right. (You will see sign "KINGSMILL ON THE JAMES".) Continue straight. Just before the security gate, take an immediate right. Kingsmill Sales Center is the first building on the left.

If you should have any problems/questions, please stop at the Kingsmill Security Gate where Security Officers will be happy to direct you to the Real Estate Sales Center.

Interstate 64 - Norfolk/Newport News
Take Exit 242-A - Busch Gardens/RT. 199 West. After you exit go approximately .8 mile, turn right at Busch Gardens/Route 60 East. After exiting onto Route 60 East continue straight. Kingsmill provides a complimentary shuttle for our guests while on property offering transportation between their guestrooms, the Sports Club, the Resort Center and the Golf Club House. Our complimentary Kingsmill shuttle operates at scheduled times to transport our guests to and from Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. Group transfers are available for your group from local airports and around town.
