Premier Membership also includes 15% discounts at The Spa at Kingsmill (weekdays only) and in the Kingsmill restaurants and shops when charging to a member account. Membership dues are payable in advance. Yearly dues listed reflect a discounted rate from the quarterly rates. All dues, fees, and charges are subject to change and subject to all applicable Federal and State taxes.

Platinum Membership:

Platinum Members will be entitled to unlimited use of all of the golf, tennis, fitness, racquetball and social facilities of the Club. Platinum Members will not be required to pay greens fees or range fees for use of the golf facilities or court fees for use of the tennis facilities of the Club, but will be required to pay golf cart fees. Platinum Members will not be required to pay usage fees for the fitness facilities. Platinum Members will be entitled to reserve golf starting times, tennis/racquetball court times seven days in advance.
Non-Refundable Initiation: $15,000
Yearly Dues: $5,408/Family, $3,715/Single
*Yearly Golf [$55.00] and Tennis [$15.00] Association dues per adult member also apply 

Gold Membership:

Gold Members will be entitled to unlimited use of all of the golf and social facilities of the Club. Gold Members will not be required to pay greens fees or range fees, but will be required to pay golf cart fees for use of the golf facilities. Gold Members will also be entitled to use of the tennis facilities upon payment of court fees and fitness facilities, including racquetball, upon payment of usage fees. Gold Members will be entitled to reserve golf starting times seven days in advance and tennis/racquetball court times two days in advance.
Non-Refundable Initiation: $12,500
Yearly Dues: $4,451/Family, $3,127/Single

Silver/Bronze Membership:

Silver/Bronze Members will be entitled to unlimited use of all of the fitness, tennis and social facilities of the Club. Silver/Bronze Members may reserve racquetball court times seven days in advance. Silver/Bronze Members will also be entitled to use of the golf facilities of the Club upon payment of greens fees/cart fees and range fees. Silver/Bronze Members will not be required to pay usage fees for use of the fitness facilities. Silver/Bronze Members shall be entitled to reserve golf starting times two days in advance.

Bronze Membership:

Bronze Members will be entitled to use all of the tennis and social facilities of the Club. Bronze Members will be entitled to reserve court times seven days in advance and will not be required to pay court fees for their use of the tennis facilities. Bronze Members will also be entitled to use the golf facilities of the Club upon payment of greens fees and cart fees and the fitness facilities upon payment of usage fees. Bronze Members shall be entitled to reserve golf starting times and racquetball court times two days in advance.
Non-Refundable Initiation: $3,000

Social Membership:

Social Members will be entitled to use the social facilities of the Club. Social Members will also be entitled to use of the golf facilities and tennis facilities of the Club upon payment of greens fees/cart fees, range fees or court fees and the fitness facilities upon payment of usage fees. Social Members shall be entitled to reserve golf starting times and tennis court times two days in advance.
Non-Refundable Initiation: $1,500

Corporate Platinum: Golf cart fees only (however, members are allowed to walk on the “member’s preferred course”). Complimentary fitness, tennis and racquetball. Golf, tennis and racquetball with seven-day sign up.

Corporate Gold: Golf with seven-day sign-up upon payment of cart fees (unless walking on the “members preferred course” in which there is no fee). Tennis with two-day sign-up upon payment of court fees. Fitness upon payment of use fees, including racquetball with two-day sign-up.

Corporate Silver/Bronze: Complimentary fitness and tennis. Golf with two day sign-up upon payment of greens and cart fees.

• Maximum of 50 Corporate Memberships at Kingsmill Resort & Club.
• Each Corporate Member may designate up to 3 persons (and their families) to be attached to that Corporate membership and have use of the Club facilities. Designated users are subject to approval of the Club. Each designated user must submit a completed Application for Premier Membership. Additional users may be added for a nominal fee.
• Each designated user must be an owner, director, officer or employee of the member corporation.
• Each designated user will have use of the facilities on the same basis as an individual Premier Member as described in the Kingsmill Resort & Club Rules and Regulations.
• Member dues billing is to each individual designated user. The Corporate Membership deposit must be paid along with the Application for Corporate Membership.
• The Corporate Member may change one or more of the designated users one time per membership year (calendar year) upon payment of a $100.00 re-designation fee. Written notice must be given four weeks in advance of any change.
• A deposit or initiation is required for each Corporate Membership as follows (one deposit for the Corporate Membership).
