Water Sports On The James River
The Marina at Kingsmill offers more than just a place to tie up. It’s easy access to a day spent on the water, taking in the best views of Williamsburg’s attractions. Get your adrenaline fix as you zip along on your own personal watercraft or slow things down and spend a relaxing day cruising on a pontoon boat. Note that water temperatures will affect all rentals except fishing equipment.

- Jet Skis $135/30 minutes - $175/hr
- Driver must be 18 years of age with a valid driver's license to rent and operate jet skis
- $10.00 rider fee for all jet ski riders, riders must be 17 years old or younger
- Pontoon Boat $395 / 2 hours
- Rentals start at 9 a.m. and last rental can go out at 3 p.m.
- Driver must be 18 years of age with a valid driver's license to rent and operate the pontoon boat
- Kayaks $35/hr
- Double Kayaks $45/hr (weight limit: 500 pounds)
- Paddle Boards $35/hr
- Fishing Poles $20/hr (Family Fishing Fun $75: two hours use of poles; includes up to 4 fishing poles)
- Umbrella Rental $25 / 1/2 day
Marina Services
The Kingsmill marina features annual boat slip leases for boats up to 80' (depending on beam width), concrete floating docks, water and power connections (30Amp and 50Amp), bathroom and shower, dockside fuel service and a harbor shop. Kingsmill also offers dry storage facilities with secured access to residents of the community.
Pricing:
$185/night+ tax. Transient slip with no room or member
$85/night+ tax. Transient slip Non member with room
$75/night+ tax. Transient slip with rental of an overnight guest room
