Our expansive fitness center includes cardiovascular equipment, Cybex Eagle Circuit pieces, broadcast TVs, thousands of pounds of free weights, indoor and outdoor pools, aerobics studio and a testing lab.

Core Strength Training
Strengthen your core muscles (abdominal and back), improve your posture and body alignment, and alleviate lower back pain. Individualized training session.

There is one basic truth to weight loss: you need to burn more than you eat. Find out for sure if your metabolism is fast or slow. This simple test shows you precisely how many calories your body burns and calculates how many calories you should eat to lose or maintain your weight.

Personal Fitness
Kingsmill Resort and Spa aerobics instructors and personal trainers are all professionally certified by nationally recognized accreditations. The instructors and trainers strive to accommodate and fulfill the guests fitness goals.

Personal Trainers Bios
Tracey King  has a NCSF (National, Council of Strength and Fitness) certification and has been a member of the program for years. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise, Sport and Health Education with a concentration in corporate commercial fitness from Radford University.

Tracey is also certified in CPR, AED, and first aid and safety. With her knowledge and expertise, she has helped many clients with post surgery injuries, enhancing sports skills, strength training, flexibility and prevention of injuries. Tracey continues her education in training through programs offered by NCSF.

Darin Striepe  has an ACE (The American Council of Exercise) certification and specializes in golf conditioning. He is also certified in using the Bosu ball, which is used for exercises such as, stability, strength, and core development.

Darin helps clients with proper form and technique of exercises through his Balance and Posture Enhancement Training. With his knowledge and training, Darin helps many clients of all ages and abilities to accomplish and maintain their goals.
