Davis Cup

We celebrated the 6th Annual Davis Cup tennis tournament this past month. The weather was beautiful and we had a record turnout with forty-six tennis players.

The four team captains represented various countries. Captains were:  John Wendell (France), Jeff Leftwich (Germany), Steve Corkran (USA) and Alexander Anton (Great Britain). John Wendell’s team (France) was the winner with Jeff Leftwich’s team (Germany) in second place.

After the event, players enjoyed a wonderful evening with drinks and hor’deurves at the beautiful home of Alexander and Susan Anton.

A splendid time was had by all!
