Purpose and Goals
The Kingsmill Summer Camp is dedicated to providing kids the opportunity to enjoy outdoor and indoor activities in a FUN environment.
Staff
The Kingsmill Summer Camp is administered by Professional and Summer Staff trained on effective communication tools, age-appropriate activities, disciplinary tactics, conflict resolution, children with special needs, and on-site emergency procedures.
Registration and Payment (Online Form Below)
Charges will appear on your member account on the month of the session. If multiple campers from the same family are registering, there is a $10 discount per additional camper. Please submit forms for each child.
Cancelations and Refunds
All camp cancelations must be made through email with the Camp Director, Mike Wojtkowski ([email protected]). Cancelations must be made no later than one week in advance to allow for a partial refund. All cancelations are subject to a $50.00 fee. Refunds will not be given for any cancelations for camp or additional programs made within one week of the enrolled session.

All Campers Should Bring
• Athletic clothes and closed-toed or athletic shoes (no sandals, Crocs, flip-flops, boots, or dress shoes)
• Tennis racquet
• Sunscreen, bathing suit, and towel
• Bagged lunch (unless enrolled in the lunch option)
• PLEASE LABEL ALL ITEMS
• Snacks are provided at mid-morning and mid-afternoon.
Camp Information
Morning Check-in: Campers check in at the Tennis Center between 8:30 am-9:00 am. Checking in campers afterward is also at the Tennis Center.
Afternoon Check-out: A parent/guardian or an authorized individual on the Camper Registration Form are the only people who can sign out a camper. Afternoon check-out will take place at the Tennis Center between 5:00-5:30 PM. Signing your child out at any other time must be coordinated with the Camp Director.
Camp Lost and Found: Camp items that are left at the end of the day will be collected and placed in the Tennis Shop.
Weekly/Daily Lunch Options: Parents have the option to pre-order bagged lunches for Monday through Friday as an add-on to camp registration. All bagged lunches will have the following options:
• Choice of sandwich (Ham/Turkey and Cheese or PBJ)
• Choice of two snacks (Chips, Pretzels, Chex Mix)
• Choice of drink (Bottled Water, Capri Sun or Gatorade)
Register for Meals
• Pre-register with camp registration ($40/week)
• Register the week before via e-mail with Director ($40/week)
• Register at check-in for the daily option ($10/day)
The week prior to each enrolled session, all parents will receive an email with the weekly lunch menu. If you do not pre-register on your camp registration, you will have the option of registering for lunches at this time.
Inclement Weather
On days of inclement weather, all activities will be moved indoors. Staff is responsible for programming a variety of indoor activities.
Illness: Please do not bring your child to camp if he/she has a fever or doesn’t feel well. If your child becomes ill, we will notify you or (if necessary) your emergency contact immediately for pick up.
Medications
All prescription and non-prescription medication shall be administered to your child by the camp staff. Campers are not allowed to keep medication in their personal bags/backpacks or lunch bags. All medication is to be checked in with the Camp Director each morning and checked out each afternoon unless you want to leave it at camp for the week. Listed below are the medication guidelines:
• All medication shall be in the original container with the prescription label or direction label attached.
• All medication shall be accompanied by a written note containing staff permission to administer the medication, dosage information, and times and dates to be given to the child.
Emergencies
In the case of an emergency or accident involving your child, you or (if necessary) your emergency contact will be notified immediately by a staff member. All members of the camp staff are certified in CPR/AED and First Aid. On your camp registration, please list medical conditions the camp or emergency services personnel may need to know. Please notify us if there are any changes or additions to this information.
Sun Protection: We have frequent water breaks, indoor activities, and daily pool time. Please apply sunscreen before your child comes to camp. We re-apply during the day. Hats are also encouraged.

Camp Activities
Campers will participate in a variety of outdoor activities during the day, including tennis, kickball, soccer, bocce, pickleball, capture the flag, badminton, one hour of pool time, and other fun recreational games. Indoor activities are also scheduled to take a break from the sun.
