The Kingsmill Sports Club has been thoughtfully designed to offer every opportunity for exercise and relaxation. Equipped with both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, the Sports Club also features Cybex circuit training equipment, state-of-the-art cardiovascular stations, and aerobic studio. Its sauna, steam room, whirlpool, and massage therapy offer the ultimate in relaxation.

Personal Training
Did you know that the Kingsmill Sports Club offers Personal Training? Personal training is at an all time high at the Sports Club for one reason. It works! There are no long term commitments and you can do as little as one session to get started! Young or old, fit or not, we can tailor a program for your needs.
Why should I?
Personal training provides balance and structure and is designed to give you a constantly evolving routine that is anything but routine.
What will it do for me?
We all have fitness goals whether it’s losing weight, getting stronger, improving balance, lowering blood pressure, decreasing stress or becoming more flexible just to name a few. Personal training is an efficient way to save time because your program is mapped out for you.
What if I am too old?
As your physician says it’s ok to exercise we can take the guess work out of what to do and get you on the right track.
If I play a sport can I benefit from personal training?
Absolutely! It is a well known fact that athletes who have sound training backgrounds perform better at every sport. Golfers hit the ball farther with more control, tennis players hit harder and play longer, volleyball players can jump higher as can basketball players and the list goes on and on.
Don’t I need to be fit for personal training?
