Guests of Kingsmill Resort have full access to the Fitness Center, located upstairs in the Sports Club. The Center has equipment, locker room, showers, and overlooks the indoor pool.
Aqua Class: A terrific 55 minute workout in the pool. Our class is designed to minimize joint stress and maximize the natural resistance of the water. This is further enhanced by the use of “water weights” that are specifically designed for use in the pool. Our H20 class has a strong cardio segment as well as muscle specific exercises.

Low Impact Aqua: Low Impact Aqua is a 55 minute water workout that results in a leaner, sculpted body, increased abdominal and lower back strength and improved posture. This class is great for individuals who suffer from arthritis.

Cycle: A 45 minute intense aerobic workout that is easy on the joints.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6:05am; Saturday at 8:30am
Cycle & Pump: 50 minutes of variety between interval cardio training and challenging strength training. Includes a cycle segment and a strength training segment.
